Blagojevich indicted on 16 felony charges Impeached former Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich, arrested in December on charges of conspiracy and fraud, was indicted today on 16 felony counts by a federal grand jury, the U.S. attorney's office said. Blagojevich faces charges that include allegedly trying to sell President Obama's vacant U.S. Senate seat.
