Stefanie Weiss / The Journal-Standard Freeport Police arrested 23-year-old Dontay T. Linebarger in the 600 block of North Turner Avenue. Sgt. Todd Barkalow said Linebarger allegedly fled from a car in the 400 block of North Harlem Avenue. Barkalow said he ran from the vehicle during a traffic stop, when the offecer discovered he had no license. Linebarger was arrested on charges of driving without a license and resisting arrest.
